General Description:
BP5151DK is a high-precision single-stage linear constant current LED control chip that integrates high-voltage MOS tube and JFET high-voltage power supply function.
It is mainly used to drive high-voltage and low-current LED lamp strings powered by mains. Because there is no need for magnetic components,
the LED driver can achieve small size, long life, and comply with EMI regulations. BP5151DK can accurately set the LED current through external resistance.
Chip integrated line compensation function. When the input line voltage is too high, BP5151DK will reduce the output current according to the D-end voltage and
compensation resistance to ensure that the input power basically does not change with the line voltage.
